We're pleased to present our first full album release, Meditations: Volume 1, by Doug Helvering. Dr. Helvering has provided us with wonderfully serene meditative recordings previously, so we asked him to prepare about an hour's worth of new pieces for a full album. We think he has delivered masterfully, yet again.

Here are words from Dr. Helvering:

"My goal in offering these sounds is to provide a harmonically nuanced approach to meditative and intentional listening. The volume stays relatively quiet, and the sonic textures smoothly and deliberately move as my instincts dictate. All the sounds that you hear were captured by my laptop's digital audio workstation, as I played in the quiet and peace of my own home. I played at night on successive evenings in the darkness...as that is the setting that I prefer. And, with each of these five titles in mind as a focal point, I proceeded to improvise the music."
